Every Cardio Kickboxing class we offer will help you achieve your fitness goals within a fun and safe environment. Punch and Kick your stresses away while learning useful kickboxing techniques that will add valuable tools in your self-defense arsenal and boost your self-confidence while burning those unwanted calories.
Expect to build lean muscle, burn fat and get results with this non-contact workout that mixes in bag training, plyometrics, strength conditioning and flexibility training. You will not be needing any weights as you will quickly realize that punching, kicking, knees, elbows, sprawls, squats, crunches and jumping jacks (just to name a few) are more than enough to get your heart rate up and start burning those calories.
This ultimate cardio kickboxing workout is designed for all skill and fitness levels. Do not feel intimidated if you have never trained kickboxing or taken a cardio class, this cardio Kickboxing workout is designed to burn fat and calories no matter your level of fitness. From first time beginners to seasoned veterans, everyone sweats at their own pace. Each participant has their own punching bag aka: “workout station” so you are only competing with yourself. We only ask that you try your best!
Unlike traditional and moderate paced aerobic exercises, our Cardio Kickboxing program is ever dynamic, changing and moving. You will not have the time to get bored as this 45-minute workout goes by in a flash. After trying this cardio kickboxing class, you will probably re-evaluate the effectiveness and fun of riding a stationary bike or running on the treadmill or elliptical machines at the gym. If you are able to talk on your cell phone during your cardio workout… we do NOT consider that a CARDIO WORKOUT!
You will quickly learn and practice authentic kickboxing techniques and combinations while burning calories to get you the body that you deserve!
